If you are using Internet Explore to view the video, that is most likely the problem. The Secure Media Library requires the use of Flash, and the most current version of Flash does not work with the current version of Internet Explorer. Try opening the link in another browser such as Firefox or Chrome, and see if this resolves the issue.
